Shipping Policy

Jaxx and Harlow use Australia Post with all orders provided with tracking numbers.

Postage costs are Incorporated during the checkout process. All purchased items will be shipped from Western Australia.

The usual time for delivery is between 3-7 business days and depending on your location within Australia. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed (between Monday-Friday).

All orders are signature on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery your order will be taken to your local post office. If you indicate that your parcel is to be left on your premises on delivery than it is at your own risk.

Jaxx and Harlow will not take responsibility for theft of your parcel if you have specified to leave on premises.

Orders outside of Australia may experience delay due to ongoing covid restrictions which a time frame cannot be guaranteed. Orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. 

Please check your delivery address correctly during the checkout process. Jaxx and Harlow are not responsible for the follow up of parcels that have had incorrect delivery details placed during checkout process.

For all enquiries in regards to shipping details, they need to be followed up with Australia Post first and to provide your tracking number. If Australia post require further information from Jaxx and Harlow please email our customer care team with the lodgement ID number so we can provide extra information to your case. 

All parcels that are not collected from the post office in a Jaxx and Harlow are not responsible for paying these fees.
